The Developer consists of a team of multifamily development and construction professionals that will help insure the successful completion and sell-out of The Alameda.  The construction will be done by a third-party General Contractor with a Guaranteed Stipulated Sum Contract and will be overseen by the Developer bring decades of experience in the successful development of the multifamily and other products across the Sunbelt States, including New Mexico.  Currently, the principles of the Developer, through separate entities, own and operate over 4,000 multifamily units and have experience in developing over 6,000 multifamily units and a fee management history that has exceeded the management of over 8,000 units and 2.5 million square feet of commercial space.  Additionally, the principles of the Developer are currently developing multifamily products in Mesa, Arizona and Dallas, Texas.

Tribble & Stephens was founded with a vision that a general building Contractor could operate successfully by negotiating construction services to the private construction industry. The vision incorporated a delivery system for construction that would be cooperative as opposed to the adversarial situations created by traditional lump-sum bidding. Born In Durban, South Africa, Britta Becker is a world traveler.  After sixteen years as a G.I.A. certified gemologist, appraiser, and wholesale diamond dealer in NYC, Britta decided to return to and settle in the Land of Enchantment, where she continued to manage and sell gems to national wholesale and retail jewelry clients in Santa Fe.  Concurrently, she obtained her New Mexico real estate license and expanded into the dynamic world of residential property sales.  Her unique talents and ability to zero in on finding just the right property and investment for her clients enabled her to be a platinum top-performer in local condo sales.
