We know that the finance and lending markets have changed and have been working hard to come up with some good programs for our buyers. We are happy to announce that we have just received full project approval from Chase Mortgage through their program known as the National Condominium Platform. They are able to offer buyers a wide variety of loan programs at rates similar to what buyers of single family homes pay. Their approval does not require a separate FNMA approval or what some lenders refer to as the “warrant-ability” of the Condominium.
